    I'm assuming there was meant to be a question about how to complete the mission. Package up any item (does NOT have to be from the dump despite the flavor text) into a parcel and send it to the player …

    Heres a suggestion for the future, you could use TornTools it does an amazing job helping in every way around torn But specifically for mission it explains exactly what you have to do for each mission which is great help …

I got a mission from Duke and here's what he says:

vruchina is getting on my nerves. He's like something you step in and then it sticks to your shoe and you track it in all over your nice carpet and everybody yells at you. You'd know what I mean if you had a nice carpet.

vruchina is not worth spending bullets on, but I do want to send him a message. Everyone likes getting a package in the mail, you get like a kid at Christmas wondering what's inside. I mean, I never did, I don't got parents, but I imagine it's nice.

I want you to package up something that should be in the trash and send it to vruchina as a gift. It could be dog poop, used tissues, roadkill what someone interfered with, anything gross. Take yourself down to the dump and do a little hunting for something special, put it in a box, and mail it to vruchina. It don't need a card with it--I think he will figure out who it's from.

Package up any item (does NOT have to be from the dump despite the flavor text) into a parcel and send it to the player described. Get an empty box. Click Use. Select the item in your inventory that you wanna package. Congrats, now you have a parcel.

But specifically for mission it explains exactly what you have to do for each mission which is great help seeing as Dukes explanations are lacking often.

And again there are so many other benefits of having torntools, most people use it to help them playing the game.
