I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled.

 

Was using some TV job points when I got this result.


A trip to the red light district goes badly when you find yourself in Duke's den. When he realizes who you are, he promises to 'help you out' in exchange for you putting in a few good words about his organization. You leave after realizing he has nothing of value to offer you.

 

Event log:

 

23:58:57 - 20/04/25 You used 25 / 259 job points on Press Pass improving your credit score

00:04:17 - 21/04/25 You used 25 / 134 job points on Press Pass improving your credit score

 

I got this outcome twice. I checked my Duke loan credit afterwards and did not see it change. Despite the event log saying my credit increased.

 

I looked at the press pass outcomes in the wiki. This isn't one of the listed results. The wiki also says the max loan possible is 2.5b, so I'm well short of max at 1.1b.

The outcomes bumps up your credit score, it does not increase your maximum loan amount (the two are not the same). Your credit score is already maxed out. If you trigger this outcome with maxed out credit score, you will just get additional time to pay your loan fees. It does nothing if you do not have an outstanding loan and max credit score.
