Wrongful account deletion

A member of my faction Hobknob5 [3504747] got his account banned and his gf account Apsik_llama [3641818] marked for deletion cuz apparently the devs saw it as multi account ,which it isn't, and when reported the response was "it's multi no doubt " totally dismissive and giving my buddy 0 chance to show any proof , they play the game in the same house obviously and would like to be given an opportunity to show they are 2 different people 

Ofc I appreciate the devs efforts to keep the game fair for everyone and i hope they look into this again thank you

Also it doesn't matter if they're different people if they're feeding eachothers accounts. That's the same thing as running two accounts, you just have another person doing it for you.

Most likely there was items / money being traded back and forth. The times of the logins were sus. There are tons of things torn documents that can prove this!

He said he send her some cash every now and then cuz she isn't as active as he is plus she started after him but she doesn't send him anything they just playing together it's definitely not account boosting and that the goal of this post giving them a chance to prove

Hobknob's item sending went up when llama's account was created but I'm not seeing any other overlap in their personal stats, nor any targeted divergence of their personal stat graphs. Some overlap consistent with knowing each other IRL but nothing that would have tipped me off to them being the same person.

Would be interested to know what triggered the ban 🤔 Nothing in networth or play time or attacks or crimes or anything would have made me suspicious of multis 🤷‍♀️

Edit: I bet it was their Easter Egg finds 💡 Or possible weapon preferences, typically even people who know each other have more divergence of weapon usage.

It's a 7 day ban, so it's at least not permanent.

I've known people who would "Never use multi's" in the past up until the point they got busted and vanished both from torn and from any groups outside of it.

Even if you making this post is in good faith don't dis-credit the idea they were doing something sketchy in the background.

Hobknob's sudden spike in networth seems at least a little noteworthy imo. That's 6 bil that seems to come and 5 bil that vanishes back out.

That's my bad for mis-reading it, I thought apsik was asking for the account to be deleted and he got hit with a 7 day ban on the way out because they saw something that threw up flags.
