Hi, excuse me these questions
1. I am now in army Master Sergeant, if I leave this job and later join again I have to start from Private again?
2. Army job is good to gain Strength quickly in exchange for Army Points. Are there any other jobs to get quickly other stats as Dexterity, Speed ...?
Thank for you responses

It is my understanding that you would return to the position you left if you came back to the Army.
My suggestion - Jobs are about: First - Free, rotation trains and work stat increases, Second - Job specials, Third - Money / pay (in that order of priority.
If you want strength, dexterity, and speed, go to the gym.
Speed = Logistics
Defence = Mining
There are a couple other companies that allow you to gain speed as a job special too. There isn’t one for dexterity.
