Monarch is pretty much all member-owned. There's nobody to buy it from but the members of the shell. And some of them have been there a loooooong time and aren't interested in selling. 

The other issue is that they won't take money. They'll only take trust. And it's not many who have that much currency. And after Batman, we put that currency under a black light before we accept it. 

honestly monarch should let this kid become a leader of a subfaction, that way we will get more entertainment in forums xD
