Trying to complete the some people mission and I have sent a couple of things to the target but the mission does not complete. Any help would be appreciated

Are you putting the item in an empty box first?
Empty box? Nope
If that's the mission where you have to send an unwanted item you need to make a parcel first.
1) Obtain an empty box. In the item menu select the box and click "use"
2) You'll be prompted to add something to the box. Select a box of tissues or some other cheap/useless item and put it in there. Now you have a parcel.
3) You'll find your new parcel under "supply packs". Select it, click the send option and choose your recipient.
