To my understanding 1 of 2 things should have happened.
1. either the SED should have increased my hospital time by 0
2. or the attack should have been cancelled.
If the SED went off first, the attack shouldnt go through
if the attack went through first, the sed should have increased my hospital timer by 0
The order in the log seems to suggest the SED went off first
