The "Achieve 8 critical hits" on top is probably your script providing that. Normally the name of the mission goes there, not the task.
Mission's header always contains the mission name as shown in the screenshot in above post. "Achieve 8 critical hits" is something that your extension is adding, which you should always check by disabling all extensions before submitting a bug report.
Its not the extension, i dont have extensions on mobile and its where i saw it first.
And do you have a screenshot of this? Because the one that you have provided shows "Torntools information" which is being added by the extension.
