This is a simple suggestion:
Allow players that have a vault to be able to pay their property upkeep using their vault balance directly.

I agree, they should have a way to automate paying upkeep or overpay.
While it would be convenient, historically ched has been against automating anything. So good luck, but don't get your hopes up.
