Make a torn cruise

Torn should have a Cruise ship that travels to each location that you can fly to.  But make it where it’s a mandatory 7 day cruise if you board the cruise. And each day, it stops at a location or two and you can buy a lot more items to bring back with you.  Can’t get attacked by anyone and you’re stuck on it for 7 days until it returns back to torn. 

Make it “Torn Cruise Week”. Like 4-5 times a year or one week every month.

To help you expand on this idea: 

• Players have to buy a ticket to go on a cruise at least a month in advance, if once every month, or perhaps multiple months in advance if a couple times per year just like real life 
• Clothing items like bikinis, swim trunks, or other cruise-related theme could be sold exclusively on the cruise 
• Activities could be available on the cruise that allow the purchase of special items (think specially themed cruises that coincide with the time of year) 
• While on the cruise, alcohol consumption could receive a buff to the nerve received per drink 

These are some of the small things I can think of that would help make it worth it since Torn citizens would basically be cutoff from normal gameplay for an extended time while still making it feel lucrative.
