$1 locked items

So, I was just wondering if I'm the only one, but throughout the day I've been checking the black Friday sales and I haven't found one item that I can buy for $1 that was unlocked. I repeat, every single $1 item in every single bazaar has been locked for me. We're talking at least 100+ items probably more and every single one was locked. Why is that? I thought there is supposed to be a 10% chance for each item to be unlocked and able to purchase but I didn't find one. Let me know if I'm the only one who has had this problem...

Every $1 item I saw existed because all the other $1 items were already bought.

Skill issue

There's absolutely not a 10% chance for an item to be unlocked, whoever is spreading that information is spreading fake news.

I browsed hundreds of bazaars this year and based on my own rough approximations, the chance for a $1 item to be unlocked is more likely to be in the region of 1-2%. 

If you only saw 100 items, it's easily possible you didn't hit the RNJesus needed to see an unlocked one.

Weird way for OP to say he has no merits in awareness.
