Hi, not sure if there is any issue.. suddenly I see significant failures in jail busting. It’s very unusual behavior as I haven’t encountered such extreme failures..

Did you just finish "Shawshank Sure Ain't For Me!"? It'll take a while till your built up score goes down to a more manageable level.
Your busting efficiency depends on how frequently you bust out players. You are comparing your recent dozens of fails to a time period where you were doing a handful of busts per day. Nothing has been changed with the busting mechanics.
