I don’t know how the algorithm works, but it has been really hard and difficult for me to level up to level 15.

despite several kills, crimes, alot of tasks torn hardly level up my account.

this made me to quit this game for a long period cuz how come people with less than 15 or 10 days gets to level 15 easily despite having more statistics than them.

 

torn officials y’all can do bettee

Actually, you can try to do better. There are several guides on how to level faster.

 

Blaming the dev's for you not learning how the game works is not a them problem. Nothing gets just handed to you.

Try reading through some of the guides.

 

If it is too difficult, I hear Barbie Horse Adventures might be easier.

Use baldrs guide.  Also get a donator pack or the monthly subscription. You are just handicapping yourself by not getting it and any reputable faction is going to require you to have either. The target list on baldrs guide with either donator or sub you can reach 15 in 2 days easy from 0.
