I was curious how each of the large faction families actually compared to each other, and I had a few hours on my hands, so I quickly coded up a script to check! After doing so, I found the visualization seemed quite useful, so figured other people might like it. If anyone's interested in the raw data, it's available here.

This is only including factions with one million respect or more, since the manual adjustments took a while already, and including all the factions below this would mean this would never get completed. Also, as an arbitrary breakpoint, this is only showing faction families with at least 101 members. Also, their ranking in respect among the factions included is shown in the (brackets).

Fixed, thank you! Though I didn't include IA bunker, since I'm limiting the list to factions with 1m+ respect, otherwise I doubt this can ever be correct haha

Without adding the member counts myself, to see if they make the cut, I suspect you're missing at least the following:

Warbirds

Elemental

Darkline

Destructive Anomaly

Druggies

Vulpes

Rifles

Legitimate

BoW

Edit: Also, I believe AQUA-Poseidon and Aquarius have nothing to do with one another. Aquarius was (or still is?) an IBB sub (in which case you're missing them too), and Poseidon's prior sub is now a part of Monarch.

Nub Navy and Nub Army only have their founding leader in common, TheCheesinater [1629870] who was 1 of 4 founding leaders of Nub Navy, which then restarted into Cheesinater [2145362] and founded Nub Army, other than that we are 2 completely separate and independent factions.

Thank you, updated almost all of these! I failed to find elemental, and the only subs I could find for legitimate and BoW were below 1 million respect (so aren't included here due to that). The rest should all be fixed, thank you!
