On my last Russian Roulette game. I joined a game - shot first (heard a click) and then passed it over to my competitor.
They did not shoot within the 3 minute timer and I have a screenshot of when it says to take action.
Yet all of a sudden it says he has took his shot and the game continues?

Once the three minute timer expires, you can take action. The game only ends if you click "Take Action". You can still continue waiting for another 12 minutes for the player to return. If the player returns and take their turn before you click "Take Action", then the game continues like normal. Basically, you had the option to end the game, you did not do this and the other player returned 3 minutes 9 seconds later. 2 seconds after you took the screenshot

Each RR round gives a player 3 minutes exactly.
