Sounds like you got a decent work stats, you work as store manager. Not complaining that you work there assuming you got benefit or purely helping the director

Anyway, that will be already good start, better than any newbie that under 100 days. Any other idea ofc :

  1. Spent all of Energy and Nerve Bar, just sell losses (if you need initial money) or focus leveling to unlock travelling, after that money making ofc. And nerve, do crime bro, all you crime skill (cs) still 1
  2. Other just usual, buy xanax-take xanax, and drink beer and so on xD Just to fill all those Drug - Booster Cooldown, Its just a waste to let all CD in zero
  3. Spent time to read all guide, and all good

or alternatively, yes, spent irl money ;D

  1. Use one of the target guides in the Tutorials and Guides section to reach level 15.
  2. Spend all your nerve and energy. Waste as little as possible.
  3. When you reach level 15- fly for income. Try not to do much/any flying that will waste energy and nerve.
  4. Join an established faction that has perks and experienced players. Don't join a farm.
  5. Use your booster CD on beer.
  6. Eat 3 Xan per day (in-game, not in real life.)
  7. Read guides in the Tutorials and Guides section while you're working on the above.

Adding to LeOtter's suggestion, if you change genders, make sure you incorporate a female anime picture for your profile. Maybe someone strangely underdressed who appears "dangerous" or "cunning" or "strong" in spite of their scantily clad apparel. I don't know why this attracts the heavy breathers but it does appear successful.

I think the answer to that question would be another question - which aspect of the game do you want to 'improve' or be 'the best in'?

What I really enjoy about Torn is that it supports multiple playing styles and objectives. I've seen players who want to be war horses and grow their stats quickly, I've known players who are very focused on flying and making money, there are treasure hunters in my faction (they really do enjoy city finds & Christmas Town), etc.

These will become clearer as you continue to play the game. Explore the many aspects of Torn. My suggestions would be

  • read the guides - There are classic like Baldr's basic advice or Emfordus' in depth crime series. I simply can't thank these people (and their contributors) enough. They've been so instrumental in making my game that much smoother
  • do what you like or find enjoyable (like racing for instance - it doesn't add to stats but we do have a sub-community who bonded over this)
  • make friends because there's a lot of grinding involved and it's more enjoyable when there are people who share your joy, pain and frustrations (I'm looking you jackpot merit)
  • think about the game from a more holistic pov - this game (as my faction mate puts it) is so complex so much so that it's like having a separate life in Torn. Let your education courses/ company/ faction support your goals and play style
  • have goals and be prepared for them to change and adapt accordingly - I find myself having to do some 'side quests' in my education courses to support some of my new objectives like cracking crime

I'm sorry I can't give a step by step guide but Torn is just too vast for a single approach. But I do hope you'd continue to play and enjoy the game as much as we do.

Happy Torning!
