I wish I can help you there, but I am alos a newbi lol.
That is pretty much their market price, they cost almost that much to buy directly from South Africa (which involves being stuck on a plane for 7 hours) so their resale value is pretty stable.
Have a read of Baldr's Guide if you haven't already, and get to level 15 so you can travel to make money.
Edit: A cheaper, less effective option, is to use LSD instead of Xanax it only gives 50E instead of 250 but is a lot cheaper.

You're a beginner, there's no way you have 800k unless of course your other multi is your sugar daddy.
