Hey, i just noticed i dont have the merit to find sand. Tips for that regarding tides and stuff? or just dump nerve and be lucky

The chance of finding sand depends on merely the times you successfully searched the beach. Tides is all about success chance to search the beach in general but has nothing to do with success at finding sand. Just you'll get more success when the tides are right because you'll have more successful searches.
Also, make sure you have a bucket in your inventory. This does have an impact on success as it opens up a few more flavor texts with sand as a possible result.
