Why is some of my honor bars locked? How do they unlock? it sucks that most of the ones I was working towards are now locked.

They are locked because you haven’t achieved the condition to unlock them yet
nevermind.
If they aren’t something you have to do multiple times/complicated/torn feels like displaying it that way the progress is shown as “locked” like Dissolve a Dead Body in Acid but you can still get the honor if you do the requirements.
