You are in a faction is why. You would have to leave that faction to see the invite to a new faction
No no, im a faction leader and im trying to invite people to my faction, i just realized I didn't detail my forum enough.
You have to turn on "accepting applications" and also they have to not be in a faction already (they have to leave first) and you need enough capacity to accept new members.
