We had player who kept asking in faction chat how to rob our vault. At first I thought he was joking but at the 3rd question it wasn't funny anymore. Then he was confused why we no longer wanted to play with him

The math not mathing is one thing... but I'm also stumped on why a faction would open the drug armory for distribution when they can set drugs  to be used from the armory?  They don't need to send the Xanax to use it.  That's like points.  Why does anyone in the faction need access to sending points when there are permissions to refill nerve or energy right from the armory?
