Searching the subway says: OFF PEAK 11 PERCENT. I go to Card Skimming to retrieve my tools: ''SUBWAY IS CRAWLING WITH PEOPLE'' ??? FAILURE FAILURE. Is there no system/ methodology to this game? Is there more than 1 subway, and why is that not clearly indicated??
