The cheapest 2550 PI to buy on the market is $541m.

 

The cheapest 2550 PI to rent (admitably for 100 days) is $333k per day or $33.3m for 100 days

 

 

For your buy-to-own scheme assuming you could scrape $205m a month it would come out to $615m in total. 

 

It would be much cheaper to do the above mentioned and mitigate all risk of being scammed by this guy, if you cant afford to buy a PI outright then its much more rational to rent or invest your money in much higher ROI investments.
