i just bought sliver 1 faction and when i try to war it says we don't meet the roster strength requirement. i am sure this has been asked many times but what does it mean and can anyone help me out with bringing the rank down if that is what i need to do?

So when you brought the shell it had people with more stats in it, now you need to match the stats/have more stats in the faction to lock again for war..
Best bet is to find someone who will join you for a war and pay them for a week..
You also wanna lose your first fight, it'll reset your rw lock and you'll be fine ☺️
Alternatively you could wait 8+ weeks for it to reset by itself but it's long 👀

You should sell it because you have nothing to offer any of the players except to take their money and hinder your and theirs growth.
