Being a company director (Owning the company)
Do they gain passive stats from the job? Are they able to train themselves? Can you switch "Director" with a friend and have them train you or is there a 3 day cooldown period?

You gain stats for INT, MAN, END based on the company stars.
No you cannot train yourself.
You can switch director and be trained.
I think the Director's stat gain is 10 per working stat per star. So I 5* company would give 50 stat each (so 150 total) daily. No they can't train themselves.
You can switch with a friend to get trains but only if you trust them enough to hand them something that costs millions or even billions.

It's a variable amount per star up to 5*, then it doesn't change above that.
- 1 star - 5 units of every working stat daily
- 2 stars - 10 units
- 3 stars - 20 units
- 4 stars - 35 units
- 5+ stars - 50 units

Company directors gain based on how many stars their company has, at 1* they gain 5 of every working stat daily, at 2* 10, at 3* 20, at 4* 35 and up to 50 of each per day at a 5* or more company.
