It clearly say 4-3 in the scoreboard and I betted match win.... I win but lost? im unsure pls help

The ordinary time resulted in a draw. Bookie Policies:

 

Football Settled on 90 minutes of play plus any added injury or stoppage time. Extra-time and penalty shoot-outs are not included.
