With scripts running the game giving muggers instant notifications about anything you sell and plunder mugs adding up to 10-15% of any sale. I highly suggest to sell through trade and not through the property market!
I am mostly looking for MAX PI (4225 happiness) and am paying 1.64b.
I am open to buying other PI as well but will have to calculate how much I would pay based on what the PI has in upgrades (if any) already.
