Theres a guy thats harassing my faction with threats of perma hospitalizing my faction for busting my members without being asked and then saying they owe him a xan and if not paied he with perma hospitalize us all i cant do anything but bounty if anyone can help us out id appreciate it thank u adding pic of message from user and his name

The fact that this is your reaction to a grifter means you have no right to have that gold fist. You are doing everyone in your faction a disservice for "leading" them.
Also the guy will just give up if you ignore them. They won't keep investing energy that does not pay out.

Just ignore them. If they want to waste E hosping noobs they aren't going to get very far. They'll get bored eventually.
