i have created a semi-guide in a topic that (in my knowledge) none ever did befor...it may contain mistakes and ofc i am wating for corrections from the normal community's side...so the question is...where i should put it?

If you want to post a guide you should post it in Tutorials and Guides. But I find it very hard to believe that you've come up with some guide that nobody has ever through of before.
yeah...none would ever believe that wheel of lame is non-randomized...and it can calculated to a certain degree
The wheels are not equally weighted. This is pretty well known. You can go to Torn Report and look at your wheel stats here
