I've been doing burglary for quite a while in hope of getting certificate seal. According to the wiki, it's one of the items received from the printing shop. That location is quite rare, but with the aimed scouting , I've finally been able to focus my search.
I'm getting lots of bond paper, computer parts, pistols, ammo and others, but not a single certificate seal.
Has anyone actually found any of those? Are there other places to get them?
I've found maybe 40-50 so far. Over the last month or so, before the focused search.
Ched really hates me...
Still nothing.... is this an item only given to people with CE under some treshold? Or is there some % of confidence (scouting) you need to have? Time of day? What????
Crime skill affects outcome chances, so my guess is that certificate seal outcome spawns much more at lower CS but nearly never spawns at CS 100
i am also doing burglary for ages now and found them ONCE... i dont wanna spend money on that, but also not wasting my nerve -.-
