Sent Durian [2196965] (level 100, 3+ days in prison) a fruitcake with lockpick icing while they were in jail, and mission did not complete. Went back and checked the status of Durian [2196965], but they were still incarcerated.

Checked the mission status and it still showed the mission uncompleted. 

Checked Durian [2196965] status and they were removed from jail.

My mission did not complete, but Durian [2196965] was free, though It had been 5 days since their last action.

 

Thanks for taking a lot at that weirdness.

You sent the wrong item to the target. The target was busted out from jail by another person.
