Crikey, is it hole, a shadow or a tree???!!!

G'day folks,

By Crikey it's a curly one. A conundrum that has been bothering me for many, many years.

Sadly, due to a Skill Issue I won't be able to post you any images of the subject in question, you will have to either picture it in your mind or go and take a look at a Torn Private Island.

So for more years than I can recall I have been troubled by the image of my Private Island 🏝️ 

On the structure that is to the right of the jetty. On the roof there is a dark jagged shape. Is it a 

• hole in the roof?
• Another coconut tree?
• A shadow of a coconut tree?

At first I thought it was a hole and that annoyed me because I paid top dollar for this island. But one day I noticed the shadow under the jetty and thought perhaps a shadow from that really tall tree. I always considered the possibility that it was another tree 🌴 but the colour seemed wrong. Is it a tree under shadow of another tree?

Does anyone know for sure?

If it is a hole it must really suck when it rains.

Someone landed a dirty bomb in my PI

Wow, that image seems to be so much better than the one in my properties on this phone. That one looks so much clearer.

Yeah no way it's a shadow, but it's the wrong colour for a tree.

this is where i'd put a clever meme but alas i am too dumb

So basically since there is no airstrip in the photo one must assume that the black spot you see is the hole in which your character jumps out of to get on your private plane.

And landing is the opposite, you just jump down and crash into the hole.

It’s 100% the shadow of the tall palm tree in front of the house. 

Absolutely a hole.  Who knows what Ched puts in those stink bombs 

Someone definitely threw a hole up there.

I wonder how many people voted “a hole” just to be a holes. 

I think Ched intended it to be a shadow, though I don’t think it quite looks right. Maybe it’s an oil spill from all the oil rigs? (I know that doesn’t make sense)

What an awesome image, I have never noticed the additional details that have become so obvious with magnification. I love it, with the colours of the walls.and windows of the structure...it's pretty cool.

Except for the hole in the roof.
