Most players get those best Killstreak merits by buying strings of losses from newer players. There are services from a few players that can help you achieve this. You might want to save up some pixel funds, or purchase some Donator Packs from Ched & Co, to go buy those losses.
it can be done naturally too, no need to spend money where you can grind yourself
^ yep. Can be done yourself in a relatively short time, with suitable perks (or lots of FHCs). Did mine by reaching 350 or so in a faction 10k chain and then spending another few days reaching 500. Use a high stealth weapon and don't get ambitious with targets. A good pre-made list of easy safe targets that still give OK respect is a good idea.
