Is there any statistical advantage to going first or second in Russian Roulette? Trying to figure this shit out... I am not a smart man. Keep coming up with different answers. Anyone able to figure this out?

Yes first shot is 1/6 second is 1/5 ect...
Yes first shot is 1/6 second is 1/5 ect...
so is it better to go first or second?
This is true, but all shots still even out to 1/6.
This is from my guide:
All chambers have a 1/6 chance of firing, which means that (unless Acts of Courage are used) you have a 1/2 chance of winning any game.
So idk if the RR bullet is predetermined in the chamber (fixed outcome) or the chamber is randomized (taking chance) each time?
Fixed outcome:
If the bullet is fixed, going first or second doesn't matter, as they already decided who win or who loss when the game began.
Player one will lose if the bullet is fixed at chamber 1/3/5, and player 2 will lose if the bullet is fixed at chamber 2/5/6.
So the game is fair. And less fun. Those who do acts of courage is more like acts of stupid this way.
Randomized outcome:
If the system go by player 1 taking 1/6 chance of losing on first turn...
then player two taking 1/5 chance of losing on second turn.. and so on...
Despite the counter intuition that player one take risk first,
it is still far more advantageous to be player 1 by a whopping 9% more chance to win than player 2.
Torn sometimes reduce the number of bullets, so all these calculation will be inaccurate in the long run due to this modifier.
This was covered in my post above - there is not a fixed chamber.
Quite how you can gain an advantage as player 1 though I don't know. Care to elaborate? I showed the maths in my post above - every chamber is 1/6
The only possible adjustment is the supposed 'luck stat' (not confirmed) which could sway things slightly, but that's purely conjecture.
