Would you get a brain (or whatever) chip installed? If so, what would you expect from it, if not then what would be the reasons to deny it?
Transhumanism is around the corner, curious of others opinions on it.

The musk apes died horrible deaths. There's a reason neuralink keeps very quiet, and that reason is not that the boss is constantly carrying babies for musk and thus too busy to torture apes.
Aside of feasibility I see severe security issues with direct interfaces to the brain. So it's nothing I'd want. Also, one day I might need a CT and want no metal in my body.
Any brain chip available in our current society will be owned by a corporation with proprietary software and made to profit off of the people more than benefit them.
As someone who works in a hospital, a CT isn't the worry, an MRI is. Someone with implanted metal can go through a CT 1 million times with no worry of their implant being affected; radiation from 1 million scans is another story
