I've been doing all disposals daily nearly since release (6k total now), and haven't gotten the new merit. The merit doesn't seem to apply retroactively for me. Though I did fail 1 job today.

All I know is I woke up, logged in, and I had it without needing to do any crimes. Torn day resets at 5pm, my time, so I always spam my disposals then. Maybe I was successful with them all same day, technically, but the merit wasn't available until later?

Today was the first day it started tracking the full completions for (when talking about retrospective awards we meant for disposals completed before today :)

Some day came quite quickly, and all it took was thinking about it for more than a second
Seems if you have hidden disposal it does not unlock.
Correct, as you have not cleared all of the day's disposal jobs in that situation, only the ones you could see.
That "there are other hidden jobs" message basically is saying "You will not be able to get the merit yet"
