Insanity. Why is this not an instant ban? 

1. Operated by people that have vast experience in Torn and awareness of Torn rules. 
2. Borderline bug abuse.
3. Abetting in a faction scale.
4. Aggressive exploitation, it's bad enough to do it while fully aware it's a bug. But to do it with multis. 
5. Likely multi billion dollar gains. 

All these for 90 days? Make the abetting bans of monarch leads look like a joke. 

Also very disappointed the leader of a fast-growing faction alliance, also arguably the most successful RW trader in Torn, has fallen into the rabbit hole of abusing a bit poor people's money from bookies. If you need money, go flip a red or something like a true honest trader. Imagine ruining your reputation, your faction, your member's stock fund all in one go for this tiny bit of money you probably can earn in one day when you were trading at your peak.

First I loan a GAK off Zahid and return it days before he's fed.. then I return a loan to Lusty days before he is also fed..

I guess trying to work out what items in the armory were bought with illegal money would be impossible, and you'd just minus the accounts wallet? I have an idea of how you'd check, but time cost would be insane.

It's really disappointing matter to see one of the best fast growing trader to see abusing rules to get money now.

If it was any other normal account (or monarch) those rules abusing would surely make them 100% parma ban.

Look, I consider Lusty a friend, but I do not condone his actions. Therefore I’ll say this as straight forward and unbiased as I can. The whole thing, top to bottom, is abetting violations, through and through. You guys pushed to make this a rule, so uphold it entirely. Apply the rules and outcomes fairly and consistently or you’ll just continue to undermine any trust the community may have developed. Y’all really need to settle things internally before unleashing new rules, because this…this ain’t right. It doesn’t matter the amounts. Blatant violations are blatant violations. 

People like this should be nailed to the wall, not slapped on the hand. Disappointing

Also with lust, I've got nothing against lust and have spoken to them myself in the past about ranked war weapons..

If this is all accurate as bogie has told us (which we don't have any reason to believe otherwise) then I'm very surprised they got off with 90 days also to be honest with you.. 👀

I would like to represent Lusty as Lusty's shittey Lawyer:

My argument is: Lusty's sentence should be reduced from 90 days to 60 days.

Reasoning: In the fed description it says he's charged with: 1 multi; 1 assisting; 1 bug abuse. Each charge hold a 30 day sentence. But, since the multi WASN'T his. Shouldn't my innocent client just be charged with 60 days instead of 90?

I rest my case.

Stepping in for some actual defence of Lust here. 

he’s been playing this game around the same time as me, and we became friends very early on. I can say for sure that he is not stupid enough to throw away years of work building his trading business and reputation over a stupid multi for a bookie bet. 

As for the bug abuse of the negative ballances, it’s a game mechanic, if there is a way to use it, is it really a bug? No it’s just an unintended oversight. I was offering the exact same to my usual cache traders when I got slapped over 2bil into the negative. 

All bookie gains were taken away, the only “gains” possible would have been the free mug protection. 

As for abetting on a faction scale, find it funny how 1 claimed multi = full faction? Lusty isn’t stupid enough to use one multi never mind an entire faction of them, see my first point if why the hell would he need to.
