and add your working stats (total work stats, MAN, INT and END) and add your EE merits too.
You should reach level 15 first to start earning money trough flying and unlocking the ability to do rehab.
If you take drugs and if you are inactive your employee effectiveness reduces (rehabbing takes the addiction from drugs away), so keep these 2 things in mind
