Nah never had a co leader all the investors where not in leadership. Maybe like a council roll but no idea. Any faction with no co is sus to begin tho ngl.

I suspect LD wasn't the only cheater. I suspect a lot of the Luscious family faction's growth was due to LD's ill-gotten gains. It's not a stretch to suspect he laundered his illegitimate funds with his legit trading funds and used the dirty money to buy factions and fund them.

Then I state that I hope staff look into the Luscious family. Then I state that I hope if there is widespread and rampant cheating, you get the Unrelenting treatment. That's a reference to a faction that got deleted by staff due to widespread RMT and other shenanigans by the leader, Zahid.

So when it’s inevitably time for NS to move leaders in the future, naturally it should be handed over to Concrete_Shoes. With his years of service it should be theirs right?

Well, I don't think NS for one will have to worry about going to fed prior to the succession, which is a plus for them. If I had to take a wild and adventurous guess, NS would appoint their leader or the co-lead would take over.

Wild concept, especially for faction whose leader had to step down due to cheating, I know. Just something tells me NS would do just fine. Hell, maybe they can help and give you some advice for next time!

I'm not questioning N.S. character and culture, I am presenting how chain of command works. Which was respected in this case. Just like it would be in any big faction. 

1) Leader
2) Co-Leader

3) Next person with highest permissions

I actually asked Lusty about this before I joined Luscious last year. His reasoning was he was worried about vault thief’s and someone stealing weapons from the armoury. 

Which actually is very understandable considering the weapons he had stored in the faction armoury would definitely be worth a pretty penny. 

I was very shocked/surprised, when he left LD a few months back to fix/assist in one of the Luscious sub-factions when they were having leadership issues. Only person he trusted to come run LD as leader during this time was Vladbull, but I’m guessing he probably gave Lusty collateral as a safety net. 

You keep insisting the longest-serving person in the faction should not be kicked. But how can you ensure the right owner will hold the leader position unless they are being kicked? Please educate me.

Lastly, you said it should be the longest-serving members. The faction owner whom your friend served for many years sold to them. They have only known the guy for 400 days.

The quote you quoted literally tells you the answer to the first paragraph. The answer: discuss it with them, they'll leave when it comes closer to the time for leadership transition, and everyone is happy. Literally quotes the answer to your question. As to the longest-serving members comment, I was fine to cede that... as I said in the post.

Lol, you can’t guarantee that. Keeping someone longer can just create more drama if they refuse to leave.

After being fedded, there’s always paranoia it could happen again. People take precautionary steps mostly for peace of mind.

I heard loads got kicked that were in the fac longer than tarzan so that he did get leadership. 👀 sneaky beaky. 

From what I've read about the unrelenting situation, the faction got deleted because they tried to RMT it. So sure, I'll agree with you there, if LD or tarzan try to RMT the faction then maybe it will get the Unrelenting treatment too

Edit: the rest of your post has no basis in fact and at this point is just wild speculation. So that was my only comment on it

Torn do have a way to ensure a successful succession in leadership. The Coleader role. 

That's fair, it would also be nice to give leaders the option to set who the faction goes to in cases like this. Have a succession line so to speak.
