How does it make sense that 6 people Participate in an OC that pays out 81m, but for my share I only get 4.5%? When I asked my faction they said the faction gets 80% that’s insane. I’ve Participated in multiple OC for this faction already and they keep ripping me off.

I actually have been gathering some data for this. Your faction is way behind the times. The standard accepted faction cut is 80% to members 20% to factions pretty much across the board. +/- 5% In rare cases some factions …
I'm sure it'll be different the next time.

Sounds like you should clarify with your faction leaders, or find a better faction.

It’s not a skill issue I have extremely high crime skill and I can pass any OC

I pay members 80%, faction takes 20%. Anything more than that for OCs is kinda pushing it imo.
RWs I could understand cause of equipment expenses, but OCs all the expenses are on the paticipants.

we pay up to 75% on crimes. And 80% on wars. Rather it works out well for faction or not, we keep our word.

We cover costs for equipment in OC's, and have leadership send it out to them.

This is the first i have heard of a 20/80 split though.
Problem with noobs running factions for noobs is they want to take advantage, not help.
