Emforus Crime Profitability Index
This is a good starter metric, but bear in mind some crimes become more profitable over time (ex, scamming with more emails, gas station skimmers), and it doesn't include OC2 income from CPR increases (which admittedly is much harder to nail down a number for given role weights, success variability, and the ongoing nature of what do)
