I'm missing Pious, Saintly, Devout, Sacrificial and Bargain hunter awards. I've achieved them probably years ago and gotten other awards/honours after them.
I tried the guided steps (casino, crime, award and home page) to trigger the awards and nothing.

Is there other ways to trigger or do you want me to test something else?
You made the donation before the awards were introduced (in 2019). I imagine donating a single more dollar to church would trigger all the awards, if you want to resolve this manually.
