Oh no I am mad AF because lower level players who are MORE likely to play the casino, are playing and winning while my dumbass doesn't even open the casino page.
You’d be surprised how many day 0 accounts win huge in the casino. Back in the day factions used to recruit new players to gamble for them because they 1000% believed new accounts had higher odds of slot winnings and lucky draw etc.

They just win then abandon the account so it gets mass mugged by 50 people once the protection ends, that way staff can't tell which mugger made the multi.

Mod never do something against multis who win casino. Some months ago there were 5 level 1 player in the latest winner, all of them quit after the jackpot.
The proposal to move slot unlocked after 15 days was never accepted.
Casino should be closed for green leaf accounts, would solve this headache.

Can you truthfully deny the Odds of newer accounts winning more regularly or larger amounts at the casino, or having better city finds is higher than that of older players?

People discount the number of new accounts playing everyday. Hard to know what's fair when you don't know the numerator or the denominator.
Better odds for new players is false, it's just that we remember better when a new account wins jackpot rather than all the majority of other winners.
Said this... It has happened several times that a brand new player leaves immediately after a win and every time there are doubts.
I bet it's extremely difficult to detect a multi if they completely quit :/
