If I bet $700 and win and the winnings in the notification state $1099, why did I only recieve $399?

I paid the bet. So shouldn't I get the full winnings amount in return?
It probably says +$399 in green because you've only won that amount, however if you withdraw the winnings, you get the entire $1099.
Nope. Only $399 was available for withdrawal.
There was actually 5 bets, 3 wins and in each case the original bet amount was subtracted from the winnings available for withdrawal. I should have come out ahead, instead I'm down as a result.
Pretty sure you're missing something, I've bet a hundred times on the bookies, never had such a problem.
Anyways, this specific bug and the thread has been marked fixed, do not expect admin reply here, if you really think it's a bug you can report it by creating a new thread. However before you do that, you can check how much money you withdrew from your logs. If you look at the top right part of the page, you will see a notepad icon besides your profile image, you can access the logs from there and scroll down to see how much money you withdrew from the bookie.
I tried to find the message about available for withdrawal, but can't.
$399 was your winnings. Your bet amount always returns to you if you win.
You can always check your log.
