Is it worth getting the low or mid tier mods or just save for the high tier mods?

you can only get the next level of weapon mods until you get the previous level, so you don't have a choice lmao
Got to be level 1 before you are level 2. You can't skip.

In case you haven't figured it out yet....everything the three previous posts said is TRUE. So choose wisely.
The wiki also shows the price range for mods. There are scripts to do this too. The prices for mods can swing drastically so if you're considering buying one it's worth looking up if you're on the fence. The cost can be more than double so you need to decide if you're willing to pay that or wait an indefinite amount of time to get it again.
