No PAIN, NO GAIN! 

If every player followed the guides to the letter , joined a HOF faction and stayed there for their entire game life,  the game would be boring. We may not have amazing perks ( yet) but we are having fun playing a game with likeminded friends which, to me, is the essence of what a game is all about . Its exciting to be part of something fresh and new that we can actively help build and feel part of. Will it hinder my individual growth as a newer player? Absolutely , at least to start with.  But this just feels worth it.

Also have to add on the back of the newspaper article that ,personally, its nothing but love for my friends back in JFK . It was just the right time to actively feel part of a change, rather than just staring up the mountain at the giants on top.

As the current leader of Pain, I’d like to share a few words.

First and foremost, thank you to all my friends, both old and new, for joining us on this journey. Starting fresh was always going to be a challenge, but challenges are something we’ve never shied away from. We welcome this one with open arms and are ready for the grind.

Reddead, Ham, Rosti, Jynnx, and Dezy have been close friends of mine for over 2-5 years. They’re not only impeccable players but also outstanding leaders, and I have no doubt that together we’re building something truly special.

To anyone looking for some fun and excitement with their torn lives, feel free to reach out - we’re recruiting 😝 *shameless plug*

It’s Faction Discussions bruv. 

If everyone followed guides to the letter the only people sticking with the game would be full time idle players with no clue how wars work, no ideas or drive to make money past passive income, and zero goals besides sitting in the highest respect faction they can eating xanax. Can guess how the social aspect would feel based on that.

People who think you'll regret staying in a 1m shell are the same people who "regret" not starting Torn years earlier than they did. Which is an utterly insane thing to think about a game, in case you need it pointed out.

Personally, if years from now I'm still playing and look back on the day I started, the only thing I'd 100% be sad about would be to have the realization I somehow sunk hours into something I didn't enjoy, or spent my time with people I didn't like. Simply finding out that I played poorly, my strategies didn't pay off etc...those aren't things that would make me stop or regret having played. For that matter, if I had to abandon the game right now, it'd be disappointing to never get to see the payoff of current actions, but it wouldn't make the time already spent feel suddenly wasted ffs.

I think all I meant to say was "Best of luck with this thing you've started!" But it felt crazy seeing y'all have to defend yourselves as essentially not "bad players" for choosing to do something that's more satisfying to you.

If it wasn't for Dezy, I'd of never been JFK. He's a good planner, initiator, executor and leader. I wish him all the very best for the future!

Lots of other names from JFK-FK from 3+ years ago before I moved to 2.1 have gone to Pain too, and I wish them all the same!
