1. This patch list shows the inventory size limit for a user to be 100k items, but this was 4 years ago.
Did it change?

Did Torn remove it from the API or is Torn Stats blocking it?

Lots of players who say they are getting warnings at around 25k to 40k items now. Thats why I am asking whether the limit is still 100k, because it seems to be less now.
you get a warning and a counter at 25k, but the limit is still 100k
25k is the limit before you get a warning.
You will be asked to move stuff to your display case
or some other option.
Easiest thing is move high volume items like beer into
your display case.
