Hi, 

 

I was in a faction called the associates for 100 days but have not received the merit for it.

 

04:32 - 16/6/25 to 04.35 24/9/25

 

Can this be looked into please and assigned?

To trigger the medals, you need to visit the Home page or the Awards page upon completing the requirements, this goes for all medals. You left your faction before triggering the medals, there's nothing that can be done about it now.

When you say going to the home page you mean by pushing the house icon on the bottom of the screen as I had certainly done that before I left. For the fact you can see that the time frame was completed and this can't be done manually is certainly disappointing and something I would feedback as a possible change moving forward so others dont have the same issue.

We have now added the faction membership days check to faction leave/kick process. So in case a person is kicked after meeting the requirements but before they view the Awards page, the medals should trigger now. Devs have manually triggered the medal for you.
