I bought a business class ticket and flew to SA it showed it will take an hour and a half I was going to get Zane for tourism day ,not only was my tourism day bonus not given but I did not get my bct carry compacity bonus I was only able to get my regular 18 items

Tourism day bonus only applies if your flight took off after it started, are you sure you took off after the event started?
For the item capacity, if you were earlier using PI airstrip, you will not see a difference with BCT.

Yeah, this one is on you. You started flying before your event started, you chose the time just a day ago.
As for the travel capacity, you get +10 capacity from PI and the same +10 from business flights. You don't get anything extra because you are not flying both PI and business at the same time.

The bct says it has a base of 15 ? Not 10
Yes, the normal base is 5 items. Both BCT and Airstrip add +10 (notice the plus), which gives a base of 15. If you have a PI with airstrip, you would notice no difference in number of items carried when using a BCT.
