I did damage when looting. But I didn’t‘t get anything. In wiki, it said there was a “loot ticket”，is there anything I have to do after attack to get loot

It works on a ticket system. Every damaging hit is a ticket. If there's 100 people attacking, with 25 hits each, that's 2500 tickets. There's only 1 item of loot per looting level of the NPC, usually attacks are at level 4. So 4 items of loot available. So of the 2500 tickets available, your ticket wasn't picked.
You're not gauranteed anything when you're attacking for loot. It works on a lottery system. Maybe you get lucky.
Landing more damaging hits is the only way to get a higher chance of looting.
